A simple but excellent idea encumbering a large webbing shoulder strap with two adjustable loop straps at each end of the shoulder strap. These loop straps adjust around any number of rod sleeves above and below the reel cavity on the sleeves. It is tightened sufficiently around the multiple sleeve’s to hold then fairly tight together, once both have been tightened you just carry the sleeves just like any other rod bag with the shoulder strap over your shoulder.
