A fine groundbait that is best wetted twice with 1.5L water for a 2 kilo bag.  A whisk will help avoid any lumps and get plenty of air into the mix.  the mix will double in volume and breaks up quickly.  A great groundbait for shallow venues or over silty bottoms.
